Behind the Espresso + Prosecco Cocktail at Good Guys

[ad_1]

The duo behind Attaboy, Samuel Ross and Michael McIlroy have lately opened a brand new spritz and pure wine bar, Good Guys, on the Decrease East Facet.

Their revolutionary Espresso + Prosecco cocktail takes the perfect elements of a basic Spritz + Espresso Martini and creates a refreshing mix of citrus, vanilla, and strong espresso notes. Ross and McIlroy drew inspiration from a non-alcoholic drink they developed for his or her Australian cafe, Hearts, situated in Nashville. This model replaces tonic water with a home mix of Amaro leading to a bubbly spritz that brings the heat + caffeine of an Espresso Martini.
