Right now, The James B. Beam Distilling Co. and Freddie Noe, 8th Technology Grasp Distiller have introduced the primary line extension and inaugural Little E-book sequence, Little E-book “The Infinite: Version 1” Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
This new line is supposed to rejoice three generations of Noe distillers on the facility.
Within the Fred B. Noe distillery on the James B. Beam Distilling Co.’s Clermont campus, Freddie Noe was experimenting with mixing various aged whiskeys, when he sought to mix barrels his father, Fred Noe, and grandfather, Booker Noe, laid down. Every year, new whiskey will get added into the mix, delivering an ever-evolving expertise.
“My father and I are fortunate sufficient to work collectively, aspect by aspect as Grasp Distillers, and I do know he all the time dreamed of that together with his personal father, my Grandaddy Booker,” says Freddie Noe, 8th era grasp distiller. “This new sequence pays tribute to that dream and impressed the primary Version of Little E-book ‘The Infinite’, a multigenerational liquid that can kind the inspiration of all future releases. Little E-book ‘The Infinite: Version 1’ consists of the next liquids:
- Booker Noe’s Part: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, aged 20 years
- Fred Noe’s Part: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, aged 14 years
- Freddie Noe’s Part: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, aged 7 years
- Shared Household Part: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, aged 8 Years
The bourbon distilled by Booker Noe lays the groundwork with notes of oak, char and smoke, the distillery stories. Fred Noe’s bourbon brings in flavors of darkish fruit, cherry and brown sweets. It’s rounded out with bourbon Freddie Noe made the place caramel, vanilla and spice notes come by.

This new launch is 59.65% ABV. It has a steered retail value of $199.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
Little E-book’s identify references the nickname given to Freddie by his legendary grandfather, American whiskey pioneer Booker Noe.
